While advancing his career, Ken pursued professional jewelry education through the Gemological Institute of America in New York, earning multiple certifications including Accredited Jewelry Professional and Applied Jewelry Professional credentials, plus specialized education in jewelry appraisal, ethics, and law.

In 2004, Ken joined Gem Financial Services, a 26-location pawnbroking company in NYC, as Executive Director of Training, later becoming the company's first Director of Human Resources overseeing roughly 250 employees.

In 2012 , Ken hosted Cajun in the City, the first Cajun cooking TV show filmed in New York City, airing three seasons to over 2.5 million weekly viewers; he's currently CEO of Justin Wilson Southern Products.

After returning to the Mississippi Gulf Coast, Ken and his partners opened Triple Diamond Pawn & Jewelry, Inc. in 2016. With 30+ years of experience, he serves as pawnbroker, staff gemologist, senior appraiser, and Mississippi Notary Public. He is Vice President of the Mississippi Pawnbrokers Association (2026 Pawnbroker of the Year), serves on the Board of the D'Iberville–St. Martin Area Chamber of Commerce, and volunteers as an ambassador for the Ocean Springs Chamber of Commerce–Main Street–Tourism Bureau.

After Hurricane Katrina destroyed Tropical Pawn, George moved into general contracting, working on projects between New Orleans and Biloxi. In 2016, he returned to pawnbroking as a partner in building and opening Triple Diamond Pawn & Jewelry in Ocean Springs, Mississippi.

With decades of experience in business and customer service, George brings practical knowledge and a strong connection to the Mississippi Gulf Coast. He supports the community through sponsorships and participation in local events.
George is a certified master jeweler from the Holland School of Jewelers-Selma Alabama and is a licensed GC.

Clint later returned to Biloxi Pawn, working as a trained jeweler and pawnbroker. Over the years, he managed its sister store, Edgewater Pawn and Trade, before returning to Biloxi Pawn. He also operated Point Cadet Pawn and Avenue Pawn during and after Hurricane Katrina, gaining extensive experience serving the Gulf Coast community.

In 2016, Clint joined the Triple Diamond Pawn & Jewelry partnership in Ocean Springs, Mississippi. He currently oversees the firearms department and pawn loan services, bringing decades of hands-on experience in jewelry, pawnbroking, and store operations.
